On this journey I'm sharing tools and practices that have helped me along the way to return to my center, my inner pillar over and over again.

We will start our journey with first live session on Sunday Feb 22n - 5pm Bali Time

Rest of the live sessions on Saturdays - 5pm Bali Time

All practices are rooted in the world view of non-dual tantric teachings with a contemporary touch


You will learn to pour the flavour of your practice into your everyday life - Moving from reacting to responding.







Somatic Movement


Your body is a portal! In our weekly live sessions we will practice movement and stillness as somatic inquiry. We will start to understand the life force moving in us. There'll be elements of Somatic Yoga, Yin Yoga, Dancing, Breathing and Nervous system regulation. We are not interested on how the movement looks like, but how it feels like. To open our inner senses to feel the Shakti within.



Your Sadhana


You will receive a short morning practice for matching to the energy of the Goddess we work with each week. This is the meat and bones of our journey! It's a little like brushing your teeth. A commitment to a short practice every day is the key to lasting shift we look for.
You will also receive journaling prompts and a 5 minute tool kit to deal with mundane challenges to take the practice into your every day life.


Mantra


Mantra amplifies the vibration of the life force in us. Open your voice and let it resonate in your whole being. Mantra is the Goddess in sonic form, but also a mind protector for when the thoughts are running wild. For each Goddess you will receive the mantra to recitate and feel Her power in you. Opening the voice with chanting helps you open your voice ultimately to speak your truth in the world.


I am your guide on this journey



My name is Anu Karoliina. Born and raised in Finland, one of the coldest corners of the world. I never settled to the climate of my home country, not physically, neither emotionally or energetically.


I had to go and seek for something else

I had to follow my truth


That seeking brought me to Bali over a decade ago. From the first moments on I knew this is my place. It was a bodily remembering. But living in a country like Indonesia brings up questions about uncertainty. Things are not always as smooth as they would be where you grew up.


I have had to find ways deal with myself in uncertainty, in ever-changing rules and regulations, sometimes financial uncertainties as well. Through my practice I've found ways to anchor into myself, my inner pillar and the truth that keeps guiding me forward.


I've worked in the field of yoga over a decade, teaching thousands of classes, facilitating retreats, holding workshops and leading kirtan, the sacred art of bringing the voices together in mantras.


With all that I've experienced and learned, I'm holding this space for you. I find so much joy of bringing here my greatest passion, working with the Goddess - The Shakti.


I'm welcoming You openheartedly onto this journey to seek your truth and live it out in your daily life.

FAQ's



  • What if I can’t make the live sessions? Life is fluid, and I understand. All 6 live sessions are recorded and uploaded to our private Somatik Library right after the session, so you can move through the journey at your own pace if the live timing doesn't align. You will have access to these recordings for 6 months.


  • Do I need prior experience in Yoga or Tantra? No. But a little bit will help of course. However, this is not about how flexible you are or how many Sanskrit words you know. This is about your nervous system and your truth. Whether you are a long-time practitioner or a beginner, if you have a body and a breath, you are ready for this work.


  • How much time do I need to commit daily? I am a woman living in the real world, just like you. The daily Sadhana (practice) is designed to be about 15 minutes. The 5-minute "Emergency Toolkits" are there for when you truly have no time but need to find your center.


  • What is the difference between this and "regular" yoga? Standard yoga often focuses on the physical posture or "escaping" stress. Somatik Shakti focuses on the presence and embodying your power. We use somatic movement, specific mantra technology, and nervous system regulation to help you respond to your life rather than just surviving it.
