HERE'S WHAT WE PRACTICE




ORGANIC FLOW


Medium paced embodied Yoga Flow, that draws inspiration from of yoga, somatics and intuitive movement - feeling and sensing, moving with fluidity and flow. You will focus on your inner landscape in movement and asana, rather than perfect alignment. I create a space for you to be authentically yourself on your mat and build your practice from inside outwards in a safe way. The class often contains breathing & meditation practices alongside the asana practice.

YIN YOGA


Yin Yoga has been my savior in this world - I know it can be yours too! This is a space for you to fully relax and unwind your nervous system, to rest and rejuvenate your whole being. We practice long held postures, reaching the fascia of the body. Yin Yoga is based on the 5 elements system of Chinese Medicine. We will work with the meridian lines of the body - balancing the elements and the energy. In these classes you can let yourself just be, giving compassionate presence to yourself exactly as you are.

YOGA PRANALA


A gentle yoga flow practice stemming from Balinese healers tradition. Yoga Pranala focuses on harnessing and moving the prana, the life force in your body through hand mudras, asana, pranayama and meditation. This practice is a journey to the core of your being where all the healing happens. Yoga Pranala is brought together by Linda Madani as a result of over two decades of studying with Balinese master healer Tjokorda Gede Rai. Experience the connection to the age-old wisdom of self-healing that is available to you everyday.

Anu Karoliina



I'm a yoga teacher, dreamer, mover & shaker. Born and raised in Finland. Seeking the sun has led me to live in Bali on several occasions. At the moment I'm based again in Bali and share my practices from the ground that nurtures me the most.


I teach embodied yoga. It means I want to guide you to a place where the practice arises from your whole being organically - where you can access the true essence of YOU in movement or stillness.

Besides Flow Yoga, Hatha and Yin, I'm specialised in Yoga Pranala. A beautiful gentle yoga practice that includes mudras from Balinese healer's tradition into yoga flow to strengthen and clear your energy body.
