I'm so glad you are here! The embodied practices have changed my life and I'm beyond happy to share them with you! I trust this journey will bring you closer to yourself as you move your body, breath and soul on your mat and to connect to your life force. After all, that is where the medicine of You can be found in its purest essence.

The practice library is a collection of recorded live classes with playlist links to soundscapes to support your journeys.


Here's a little bit about the practices on the platform


YOGA PRANALA


If Yoga Pranala is a new practice for you, I suggest to watch the Introduction to Yoga Pranala, so that you would get the most out of this practice.


A gentle yoga flow practice stemming from authentic Balinese healers tradition. Yoga Pranala focuses on sensing, feeling and moving the prana, the life force in your being throug hand mudras, asana and meditation. This practice is a true journey inwards to the core of your being where all the healing happens. Yoga Pranala is brought together by Linda Madani as a result of over two decades of studying with Balinese master healer Tjokorda Gede Rai. Anu Karoliina is a long time student of Linda Madani and has been teaching frequently at her studio Intuitive Flow in Bali. Come and experience the connection to the age-old wisdom of self-healing and find your way to the light in your heart.


ORGANIC FLOW


Medium paced Yoga Flow class that draws inspiration from embodied styles of yoga - feeling and sensing, moving with fluidity and flow. This class brings the focus on how you feel in your asana, rather than what it looks like on the outside. I will create a space for you to work your way towards being authentically yourself on your mat and build your practice from inside outwards. The class may contain breathing & meditation practices as well.


YIN YOGA


Yin Yoga has been my savior in this world (especially the situation where we live at the moment) - I know it can be yours too! I will create a space for you to fully relax and unwind your nervous system, to rest and rejuvenate your whole being. Yin Yoga contains somatics, long held postures, reaching the fascia of the body and it is based on the 5 elements system of chinese medicine and we'll work with your meridian lines. We'll dive deep into the essence of each element and more. In these classes you can let yourself fully just be. Bringing awareness to anything and everything that is arising from within, giving compassionate presence to yourself exactly as you are.


There's always a soundscape to support your practice

It's my passion to carefully curate a playlist for each and every class so that you will have more full-rounded experience as you practice at home. If you want to use the music on your journeys, you can always find the link to a Spotify-playlist in the curriculum library in each class description. Please have another device (like your phone + bluetooth speaker) to play the music while you practice.
